Our Services
A dietitian initial assessment is a comprehensive consultation designed to understand your unique health needs, dietary habits, and lifestyle. During this session, the dietitian will take a detailed health history, discuss your medical conditions, review current eating patterns, and explore your goals—whether they relate to managing a health condition, improving energy levels, supporting weight changes, or enhancing overall wellbeing. This thorough assessment allows the dietitian to develop a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs and preferences. It’s also a chance to ask questions, receive evidence-based advice, and begin building a practical, sustainable approach to food and health. Initial consultations typically last between 50-60 minutes.
A dietitian review consultation is a follow-up appointment designed to assess your progress and make ongoing adjustments to your nutrition plan. During the session, your dietitian will review your dietary intake, discuss any changes in your health or lifestyle, and help address any challenges you’ve faced since your last visit. This may include reviewing food diaries, identifying barriers, and providing practical advice or education tailored to your goals—whether that’s managing a medical condition, improving general health, or supporting weight management. Based on your progress, your dietitian may modify your nutrition strategy and work with you to set realistic, achievable goals for the weeks ahead. These consultations typically last around 45 minutes and play a vital role in keeping you accountable, informed, and on track toward better health.
